The five affiliated agencies of the Visiting Nurse Association Health System
of Northern New England (VNAHSNNE) have been delivering community-based
home health and hospice care services for more than 100 years. |
Services range from complex clinical treatment, palliative and hospice care,
personal home care, support groups, wellness clinics, as well as private duty
options for individuals of all ages and at all stages of life. The common goal for the
member agencies is to provide the necessary scope of services needed so that
each and every patient can choose to remain safely at home, to recuperate or to
spend their remaining days, in familiar surroundings or in a home-like environment. |
VNA Health System of Northern New England supports its affiliated agencies
in their commitment to: |
- Provide access to non-profit home health, hospice, wellness teaching and other community services
- Provides extensive community benefit to our local communities
|
The five affiliated VNAHSNNE agencies are all non-profit organizations and
all invest generously in the communities they serve. The value of the community
benefits represented by this group is an impressive testament to the integral role
Visiting Nurse Associations has as part of the safety net on which every
community relies. |
